I keep coming back to my favorite place in Poole. The staff once helped me with bug spray, which I appreciated. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, Welcome drink, no pets allowed, no smoking on site. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

Recently stayed at Custom House Poole for a weekend getaway. The location was excellent, with a lively atmosphere at Poole Quay in the evenings. The noise from a nearby pub on Saturday night was quite noticeable and the motorcyclists riding along the quay on Sunday morning were quite loud. Although the room had great views, it lacked privacy as anyone could see in from the street.
